Overview:
As a subject matter expert for the assigned functional domain, partner up with domain stakeholders to understand learning delivery goals and context, to help achieve the defined organization outcomes.
Accountabilities (including CPQQRT if applicable):
- Translate customer needs into system functionalities by collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements. Perform thorough analyses of business requirements, processes, and feasibility studies to explore potential solutions.
- Lead or serve as a subject matter expert on projects, whether in-house or outsourced, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule. Develop and monitor detailed project plans, making adjustments as needed, and manage service providers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to the development and execution of testing, training, and documentation to guarantee the quality and usability of solutions. Provide recommendations and propose functional solutions to address business or project requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance application performance, support practices, and system reliability. Offer advanced functional and technical assistance for end-user troubleshooting, bug fixes, and enhancements, ensuring timely resolution of issues and optimal application design.
- When assigned, manage projects to ensure successful completion. Provide necessary documentation and participate in architecture reviews to ensure compliance with standards and use of approved technologies.
- Conduct training sessions for users and staff to effectively use new systems and for team members to proficiently support and enhance delivered solutions. Support the development of team capabilities to align with organizational goals by guiding and coaching junior team members.
- Understand and apply concepts of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) in daily work activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Systems or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in sales and marketing application/system development or as a functional consultant within a specific business domain.
- Proven experience in system functional development, deployment, and integration of software solutions.
- Experience working in an Agile environment with both intra-team and inter-team dependencies, including familiarity with Scrum methodology.
- Experience in managing vendors, projects, services, people, and stakeholder/customer relationships, along with a focus on process improvement.
- Proficiency in software testing methodologies, test scripting, and testing tools.
- Functional knowledge and experience with relevant domain technologies (e.g., MarTech, Salesforce, CRMs, AWS).
Professional Education/Certifications (Preferred):
- Certifications in Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, or web technologies.
- API or AWS certifications (preferred).
- Project management or Scrum certifications (preferred).
- Experience in project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies is desirable.
