Job Description
- Prepare and manage end-to-end payroll for all employees, ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll and disbursement.
- Process new hire and resignees’ salary computations including update and maintain the necessary data in HRIS (Workday) system.
- Responsible for timely and accurate submission of CPF, IR21 and annual income tax declaration.
- Prepare monthly payroll related reports submission and budgeting/ forecasting report
- Attend to payroll related enquiries and resolving payroll discrepancies or issues, if any
- Liaise and manage outsourced vendors for contractors’ salary payment.
- Submit statutory related claims such as NS Claim, Maternity, Childcare, Paternity etc.
- Support HR projects such as attendance data integration to enhance HR efficiency and the overall employee experience; collaborate with other IT team and vendor to implement Time Management System improvements and enhancements.
- Maintain proper payroll documentations that comply with audit requirements.
- Working along with the HR team to drive employee engagement activities.
- Compile statutory and other statistical information ad hoc reports/surveys as required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of hands on experience in payroll processing
- Familiar with Workday system will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge and interpretation of the employment Act and government regulations
- Able to work under tight timeline and able to commit the full 6 months contract period
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive data
- Detail orientated with strong organizational skill
- Able to work as a team as well as independently
