Job Description:
- Ability to direct and manage sales & marketing business activities.
- Develop effective sales & marketing programs and implementing growth strategies.
- Creating and managing budgets and resources.
- Participate with MD in strategic sales & marketing planning, policy development and decision-making.
- Prospect for potential new clients and key decision makers and turn them into increased businesses.
- Serve as a lead point for all Chinese clients and managing of all business-related activities.
- Set up meetings between clients and relevant authorities.
- Plan approaches & pitches and close agreements to maximize profits to meet quotas.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management or Marketing preferred
- At least 5 years’ experience in the related field
- Able to multi-task
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Experience and knowledge of market conditions, cultures and consumer preferences in mainland China.
- Those with established existing clientele based preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and mandarin
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
