Guest Relations Officer

REPORTS TO: Hotel Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome, setting the tone for their stay.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the highest standards of hospitality at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
