REPORTS TO: Hotel Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome, setting the tone for their stay.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Anticipate guests' needs and go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the highest standards of hospitality at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
