We are an independent, financial services group headquartered in Singapore, currently licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to conduct the business of fund management in Singapore.
As part of our expansion plan, we are looking for suitable Accounts Assistant – Fund Management to join our Team. The successful candidate will be responsible to assist daily operations of the Fund Operations and accounts.
Job Description:
Fund Accounting:
- Ensure accuracy of reconciling transactions with brokers and custodians
- Prepare regular reports and filings to regulatory bodies
- Perform due diligent and/or service review for the counterparts
- Undertake primary responsibility for the provision of fund services to investors
- Manage the process of all subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switching
- Review of Net Asset Value (NAV) statements, cash and position reconciliation,
- Perform day-to-day financial transaction record and bank reconciliation, including verifying, clarifying, computing, posting, and recording data promptly and accurately.
- Maintain and update records in the system.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Keep financial records organized and assist during audits.
- Adherence to task deadline
Requirements:
- Diploma in accounting, finance, economic or finance related field;
- Min. 2-3 years’ experience in accounting or related field;
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of spoken and written (bilingual);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant accounting software.
