Customer Service Assistant/Up to $3,300 + Variable Bonus + AWS
Benefits:
- Basic Salary up to $3,300 with yearly increment based on performance.
- Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm), 2 x Saturday per month depending on roster basis (9am – 3pm)
- Annual leave up to 14 days for first year (pro-rated for incomplete year of service).
- Add 1 day per year till maximum of 18 days.
- Duty Allowance Amount - $250 for working on Saturday and $300 for PH on weekdays.
- Medical Benefits: Max $50 per visit under panel clinics (no cap for the year). Specialist treatment of up to $300 per year with referral letter.

Job Description:
This is a full time role for a Customer Service Assistant located in North Bridge Road.Our client is the leading manufacturer and distributor of components for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools and MRO items.
You will be responsible for handling and processing a large volume of quotations and sales orders, ensuring they are completed within the target time. This includes verifying and correcting any part number errors in the orders. You will also manage customer inquiries, responding promptly and professionally via phone, email, and web chat.
In addition to processing claims related to shipment delays, defective items, or incorrect pricing, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues with customer orders, such as requesting lead time changes from suppliers.
