Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are completed within schedule and budget.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to safety regulations on the construction site.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
• Interpret and implement construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Schedule and oversee the delivery of construction materials and equipment.
• Manage and mentor on-site construction teams, providing guidance and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues or deviations from plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of on-site activities, including progress reports, safety records, and incident reports.
• Implement and enforce site safety protocols, promoting a safe working environment for all team members
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry for a minimum of 5 years in surface and multi-storey carparks.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, tools, and equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Problem-solving aptitude with a keen eye for detail.
