Job Descriptions
- Assist property manager, maintain building services, prepare reports, organize event support, liaison with stakeholders.
- Main contact point for tenants, vendors, and stakeholders to address inquiries, complaints and maintenance requests promptly.
- Conduct inspections of the building to identify and address maintenance issues or areas for improvement.
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining records and managing tenant documentation.
- Support the property manager with preparation and execution of council, annual general, and sub-committee meetings.
- To perform other job related and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Building, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Electrical or Mechanical and Air-Conditioning Engineering or equivalent.
- Professional certifications such as bizSAFE Level 2, CERT training or WSQ Implement Incident Management Processes is a plus.
- At least 7 years of working experience in managing commercial / retail MCST environment.
- Electrical, mechanical, building structural and ACMV knowledge is a distinct advantage.
- Good knowledge of building maintenance and conversant in the BMSM Act.
- Conversant with local codes of practice and regulations.
- Mature and independent with ability to lead team.
- Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
