Job Functions and Summary:
Assist the Director of Marcom and Marcom Manager in the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies to support internal business units, including public relations and events management.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and evaluate effectiveness of marketing communications campaigns and promotions to drive business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal business units to implement effective communications.
- Review, copy write and edit all communication materials to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and alignment with intended strategy and messaging.
- Draft and edit media releases, media pitches, internal memos, statements, media/public relations plans, key messages and other documents related to public relations and corporate materials.
- Events planning, organising and coordination of all Club events.
- Liaise with media house on garnering advertisements for Club magazine.
- Ensure accuracy of all information on the corporate website.
- Develop and implement CSR strategy and plans
- Review and propose Club collaterals to aid the events team in generating sales and activities.
- Perform editorial role and proofread of Club magazine and e-news.
- Manage contents for social media hanfles, Linkedin, Instagram and Facebook.
- Ensure contents are engaging, informative and easily understood by readers.
- Conduct media monitoring and manage crisis alerts.
- Attend operations meeting.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
