Responsibilities:
- To provide facial services to customers as well as promote the sale of products
- Achieve personal & cabin sales targets
- To drive online sales via participation in Social Selling activities (e.g. Social Media posting, etc)
- To devise and administer treatments from time to time
- Maintain high levels of hygiene for the facial cabin and facial products.
- Participate in education workshops and coaching to gain knowledge of the unique brand history and story of the products.
- Participate in appropriate treatment/protocol education to build and maintain elevated knowledge and skills
- Maintenance of counter, merchandise and display to ensure alignment with Brand’s image
- Uphold the highest standard of Brand’s image and adhere to the Brand’s grooming and uniform guidelines at all times
- Maintain accurate stock records, conduct stock checks and report discrepancies to the Store In-charge
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- CIBTAC or CIDESCO Certification is a must
- Having past experiences in online/ social media sales is an added advantage
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, friendly and pleasant personality
- Have high regards for personal grooming
- Willing to work roster-based retail hours
