Job Description
Brand & Marketing Management
· Strategize and manage all brands under Han’s Group of Companies, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and positioning.
· Collaborate with the Business Manager to develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies.
· Create and implement marketing campaigns that align with strategic goals and drive brand growth.
Campaign Analysis & Execution
· Analyse and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, conducting post-campaign reviews to optimize future strategies.
· Produce and distribute compelling marketing collateral that enhances brand visibility.
· Collaborate with Operations, R&D, and other key stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.
Strategic Partnerships & Market Research
· Build and nurture strategic partnerships that enhance brand presence and market reach.
· Contribute to the design and development of brand image and themes for new or refreshed outlets.
· Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth.
Budgeting & Competitor Analysis
· Develop and manage branding and marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
· Monitor competitors’ promotional activities and provide actionable recommendations to stay ahead in the market.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
· Lead the development and execution of digital and social media marketing strategies.
· Oversee CRM and other marketing channels, driving customer engagement and brand loyalty.
· Foster meaningful interactions with customers to build and maintain brand awareness.
Job Requirements
Hard Skills
· Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand and marketing roles, preferably within the F&B or FMCG industry.
· Proficiency in MS Office especially PowerPoint and Excels.
· Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into effective marketing materials.
Soft Skills
· Good planning skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
· Keen attention to detail and strong project management capabilities.
