The Role:
- Drive business development initiatives to actively expand the company's footprint in the Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Inverter and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) market segments.
- Conduct impactful sales presentations to educate customers on innovative PV Inverter and BESS solutions, ensuring up-to-date product knowledge and alignment with industry trends.
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships, tracking project pipelines and ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Analyze the solar inverter and BESS ecosystem, identifying trends and development opportunities to guide market strategy.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted segments for PV Inverters and BESS contributing to market expansion.
- Support pricing strategies and contribute to product definitions based on market demands and customer needs.
- Define customer requirements through in-depth market research, ensuring products are aligned with evolving customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, serving as a brand ambassador to support promotional efforts and build the company’s market presence.
The Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Electrical, Solar Photovoltaic (PV), or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Solar or BESS industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of sales, business development, and account management processes.
- Strong technical knowledge of Solar Inverters and related electrical systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and within intercultural organizations.
- Demonstrated skills in organization, planning, analysis, and presentation.
- A strong sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Preferred candidates will have prior experience in solar projects and have worked in EPC inverter manufacturing or BESS manufacturing companies.
