• Liaise with planner
• SAP system checking inventory stock status (batches, quantity & release status)
• SAP system preparation (generate Delivery Order pick the correct batch and Qty) plus fill up E-log
• Shipment pick and pack coordinate with warehouse
• Shipment booking with freight forwarder
• Shipment labelling and IATA preparation
• Cargo collection (take photos)
• Filling with AWB (Air Waybill)
