Purpose
Managing the YWCA Membership programmes, coordinate membership programmes. He/She maintains strong relationships with our members and supporting in recruitment of members and member engagement.
Responsibilities
Membership Relations
- Manage the membership lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding and renewals of membership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members to continuously improve member experience.
- Manage communication with members, review membership applications and maintain the accuracy of the membership database.
- Enhance member benefits and services that add value to the membership experience.
- Coordinate the logistic planning and support the conference process at the Annual General Meeting and any Extra Ordinary General Meetings (EOGM).
- Assist in the dissemination of annual reports for the Association’s Annual General Meeting and any Extra Ordinary General Meetings (EOGM). Coordinate with the Marketing & Communications to promote membership benefits and events.
- Coordinate with Volunteer Management of Community Services & Programmes for outreach programmes for YWCA members.
· Membership Administration
- Manage membership processing, enquiries and operations.
- Maintain proper and accurate membership database and documentation.
- Manage membership renewal and issuing of membership cards on a timely manner.
- Organising and coordinating membership events.
- Analyse membership trends and data to identify areas for improvement.
- Review workflow and system management.
- Support in reviewing programmes and membership benefits.
- Prepare reports on membership growth, retention rates and member satisfaction.
- Prepare meeting minutes on a timely basis.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
