Client

  • Perform as a Business Unit Leader by providing a vision for the unit while developing the team
  • Be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of clients and maintaining high client satisfaction
  • Conceptualize and implement strategic public relations and communications initiatives for clients
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media and influential professionals
  • Coordinate coverage opportunities and manage crisis communications
  • Proactively drive new business and convert strategic opportunities to expand client portfolio and grow revenue
  • Collaborate across borders with Redhill Group entities
  • Ensure all client work and projects are completed on time and within budget

Financial

  • Be responsible for the business unit portfolio’s financial performance and P&L – take proactive steps to improve bottom line, identify savings and effectively manage capacity
  • Ensure fair and competitive pricing of services and products
  • Partner with finance and business managers on business unit’s financial matters

Team

  • Lead, motivate and inspire your team
  • Set clear objectives for team members and manage each member's performance
  • Encourage learning and growth activities with team members
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to develop, implement and analyse the company’s strategic growth plans
  • In carrying out the job responsibilities, the Executive shall maintain a high quality of work and professional standards.

Required skills and experiences you should have:

  • 10+ years’ experience in the field of public relations and communications in an agency setting is preferable
  • Experience in consumer clients is beneficial
  • Proven track record in effectively managing portfolio of clients
  • Drive to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
