Job Responsibilities:
1. Systematically build and maintain relationships with Singapore Developers, Architects and Designers for direct business as well as dealer’s project.
2. Involve in project development, planning, and coordination.
3. Provide analysis, strategy, and solution to superior to achieve sales goal.
4. Support dealers with pursuing projects on behalf of Hansgrohe and keep track the status of the project and assist them from time to time.
5. Assist to ensure Sales Support executing post-project sales operations.
6. Assist Sales Support on recovery of retention sums when due, and settlement of final accounts when needed.
7. Achieving given individual and group annual sales target.
8. Source for project leads, make sales presentations, specify, or counter-propose hansgrohe and/or AXOR products.
9. Work on project pricing, get management approval for price proposal, work on tender specifications – calculate the total quantity based on sanitary fitting schedule x unit mix for the project, process quotation via C4C system.
10. Prepare handwritten and submit tender documents. Attend tender interviews. Follow up technical and commercial questions from tender interviews and resubmit answers within short deadline.
11. Respond promptly to all GP calls for meetings, presentations, samples, spec work from Architects, Designers and Developers.
12. Follow up on changes in specifications, revision on pricing, call for sample viewing etc from Architects and Developers.
13. Co-ordinate internally to make available products samples, mock-ups.
14. Answer in-coming calls on sales enquiry from project customers
15. Attend REDAS and other GP functions to maintain close relationships with GP accounts
16. Handle contracts for supply of products, notify contract reviewer for input into Masco.
17. To handle Singapore Dealers Account.
18. To be involved in all the Trade discussion such as POS upgrade, B2B promotions etc.
