Job Description:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including end-to-end recruitment, payroll administration, training and performance management for staff and workers
- Process payroll and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly payroll activities and ensuring timely delivery of payroll
- Handle work pass applications, renewal and cancellation including arrange for repatriation
- Handle Insurance Claim for WICA and Medical
- Maintaining of personnel records and ensure filing are up-to-date
- Prepare HR reports and advise Management Committee on HR-related matters and trends
- Prepare monthly costing report for Finance Department
- Involved in the planning and execution of company events
- Serve as first point of contact for HR enquiries from business units and colleagues to provide accurate and timely information, advice and interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
- Perform the full spectrum of HR activities
- Admin/secretarial support for office.
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resource & Admin Operations preferable in construction industry
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding with Employment of Foreign Manpower Act
- Good organizational skill and meticulous, with good team work
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
