Reporting to General Manager, Planning & Coordination, this role is responsible for supporting Managing Directors, guests and employees on their commuting requirements. Ensuring vehicle maintenance and accuracy of car expenses, and performing ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Support Managing Directors and guests on their commuting requirements which include airport/hotel transfer, meetings and dinner arrangements in Singapore and within the state of Johor
- Support other Company staff for official business travel
- Keep records of car expenses which includes petrol, cashcard and parking coupons
- Ensure safe and accident-free driving and well maintenance of vehicle
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of driving experience
- Possess Class 3 Driving License
- Familiar with Singapore routes and traffic rules
- Reliable, punctual and safety conscious
- Ability and experience to operate big capacity vehicle such as MPV
- Willing to perform overtime work when necessary
