Job Description
Reporting to the Group Chief Operating Officer, we are actively seeking for an individual who is passionate in championing our culture and empowering our people. This individual will play a crucial role in influencing, creating, delivering and driving the People agenda for the Group. The main functions of this exciting position include but are not limited to the following:
- Partnering with various Department Heads and Team Leads to develop people policies, conduct manpower planning, and attract and retain the right people to support the Group’s business strategy
- Work closely with Department Heads and senior management on career path planning, succession planning, performance management and people development to support the growth of our people
- Provide guidance and support to senior management on design, development and administration of compensation and benefits programs
- Manage People operations from onboarding, grievance handling, offboarding, payroll to ensure exceptional employee experience being delivered to our people
- Act as a guardian of our core values and foster a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture
- Engage our people, develop strong employee relations with our people, and ensure employee feedback is heard and acted upon
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will be someone who:
- Has a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3-5 years of relevant HR working experience
- Proven ability to foster positive work environment
- Resourceful with a strong drive for excellence
- Willing to partner and build strong internal relations with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledgeable of current trends of HR practices
- Possesses initiative, drive and exceptional attention to details
- Is an independent worker, able to work without much guidance
- Is a strong team player
- Is tenacious and possess a strong work ethic
- Has organizational, analytical, project management and communication skills
- Has professional HR certification such as IHRP or SHRM could be an advantage
