Key Responsibilities
You will be trained in the operations and supervision of Load Control management to ensure seamless and safe flight departures out of Changi Airport
- Load Planning: Calculate and plan the distribution of passengers, cargo, baggage, and fuel to ensure proper balance and weight distribution on the aircraft.
- Load Sheet Preparation: Prepare and verify load sheets, ensuring that all relevant data is accurate and complies with airline and regulatory requirements.
- Coordination: Communicate with ground handling staff, flight crew, and other relevant personnel to ensure that the aircraft is loaded according to the plan.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all load control procedures adhere to safety regulations and airline policies, minimizing risks associated with improper weight distribution.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of load sheets, weight calculations, and any incidents or discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Aviation/Aerospace related disciplines or other relevant qualifications
- Applicants without diploma but with relevant experience are welcome to apply
- Comfortable with shift work

Compensation:
- Shift allowance/month: average $240
- Entitled to OT payment
- Staff transport will be provided for candidates working beyond midnight
Work Week & Shift: 6 days per week, rotating shift (morning, afternoon and overnight shift)
Working Hours: 44 hours per week
