Customer Service Senior Executive / Executive
A leading safety and health products distributor is currently seeking candidates for the position of Customer Service Executive who is able to attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Attend customer enquires through emails and phone calls with prompt reply/ acknowledgement back to customer.
- Follow up with customers, identify and seize sales opportunities through regular phone calls.
- Prepare, monitor and follow-up on quotations and orders.
- Perform general sales matters.
- Support sales team in planning and fulfilment of order placed by customers.
- Keep and maintain proper documentation and filings.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements and skills
- Minimum Diploma or GCE ”O”/“N” Level. Engineering or Business-related fields preferred.
- Experience in a customer service role for B2B sales.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
