Responsibilities
• Perform project coordination and administrative duties
• Responsible for IT office and resources upkeep to facilitate project execution
• Provide secretarial support to VP IT
• Arrange meetings, events and resources for the department
• Handling of IT billings and re-charging for IT services rendered
• Handling of IT office upgrade projects and process improvements projects
• Assist Project Managers to eliminate blockers
• Assist in budgeting activities
• Perform IT procurement-related activities
• KPI monitoring including SLA tracking, expenses tracking and assets tracking
• Facilitate the onboarding/offboarding of IT staff
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
• Diploma in any discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Internet savvy with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficient with financials and savvy with spreadsheets
• Ability to present data in charts, powerpoints and dashboards for management consumption
• Possess strong interpersonal communication and organising skills
• Proactive, has initiative and able to work and learn independently
• Meticulous, resourceful and efficient
