The Role:
- Actively engage with customers to identify, clarify, and address their needs on a consistent basis, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead the development of new sales opportunities and oversee the execution of sales projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to enhance engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with both the solution and delivery teams to formulate account strategies and business plans.
- Conduct research on the telecommunications industry, leveraging market insights to enhance the competitiveness of proposed solutions.
- Work collaboratively to meet the annual business objectives through effective internal teamwork and customer engagement strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account progress, targets, and quarterly initiatives for sharing with internal teams, stakeholders, and future training use.
- Undertake additional responsibilities required for the effective management of key accounts.
The Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or a related field is required.
- A background in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) relevant to carrier networks is essential.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales or related fields, or experience in a client support role, is advantageous.
- Proven ability to deliver customer solutions and consistently meet sales objectives.
- Strong understanding of solution-based sales, with the ability to comprehend product features, competitive landscape, and key highlights.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to work accurately with minimal supervision.
- Strong negotiation skills and self-motivation are a must.
