Responsibilities
- Perform business development (BD) to acquire clients by various ways and maintain accounts.
- Willing to do cold-calling.
- Understanding clients' requirements and needs clearly to create job orders.
- Liaise with clients and job seekers according to the job's requirements.
- Perform full cycle of selection & recruitment such as: Sourcing, Interviewing, shortlisting suitable candidates according to clients requirements, arrange interview for clients.
- Arrange candidate reporting to company and other matters.
- Following up after sales.
Requirements
- CEI (Basic) certified candidates are highly advantaged.
- 1-2 years relevant experience will be advantaged.
- Good communication and business development skills.
- Proactive and sales driven, enjoy sales and business development, passionate in managing clients and job seekers.
- Sales Orientated.
