CapBridge is well positioned through its extensive experience in developing a world-class capital markets system, championing the interests of small enterprises, entrepreneurs and high growth companies. We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our distribution team. The role is based in Singapore. We offer attractive remuneration with commission and the opportunity to join a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Conversion and Acquisition: Identify and convert existing FOMO group client base and seek new clients and business opportunities.
  • Lead Nurturing: Cultivate relationships with current leads and convert them into investment clients.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients. Conduct client meetings to understand their needs.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets. Develop and manage sales pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions. Prepare and present proposals and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in the financial industry (preferably with a CMFAS licence holder).
  • In-depth knowledge of the Securities & Futures Act, its relevant notices and guidelines
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred to liaise with local and international clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
