Job Description
· Manages and lead the Regional Sales team in achieving individual as well as team targets on a monthly basis
· Directly manage assigned accounts, for all aspects including Customer relationship management, Forecasting to Factory,
Inventory management, Monthly sales target achievement
· Liaise with factory and Japan HQ for shipment scheduling, samples requests,
R&D coordination
· Actively support Design Win activities with existing and New Customers for pipeline demand generation
· Actively pursue New Business Opportunities / Design In with company’s
wide range of products in various industry segments.
· Support Reports Generation and Consolidation to Japan HQ on regular basis
· Support whole of business activities including AR Collections and Inventory
Management
Qualifications and requirements
· A degree or diploma in preferably in sales & marketing or engineering
· Around 8 to 10 years in a management / supervisory position
· A Self-driven and Independent Worker with Good interpersonal Skills
· B2B Sales experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred especially with Design Win/ Design In experience.
· Knowledge of trading incoterms andconditions together with Microsoft andGoogle Suite of Productivity Tools (Word,Excel, PP, Sheets, etc.)
· Technical knowledge of mechanicalproducts is also a good advantage
· Salesforce Knowledge / SAP knowledgewould be advantages
· Japanese Language Proficiency (Writtenand Spoken): Native or N1 level isadvantage
· Strong business networks in Asiaparticularly Japan
· Good knowledge of Japan marketparticularly consumer appliance products
