Job Scope:
- Generate correspondences/notices on hearings fixed/re-fixed in the case management system.
- Send out correspondences/notices to parties on hearings fixed/re-fixed in the case management system.
- Email or send via postal mail correspondences/notices to self-represented parties.
- Upload the correspondences/emails/documents sent in the respective case files in the case management system.
- Update case-related information in the case management system.
- Maintain proper record of the documents/submissions received from the parties and to track the movements of such records.
- Sort the documents/records to prepare for distribution before the hearing dates.
- Other administrative duties relating to case files or fixing of hearings.
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with relevant working experience would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications (in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Candidates without the required work experience but possess the relevant skills are welcome to apply
Salary: $2500 to $2850/month
Location: Clarke Quay / City Hall
Contract Period: 4 months
Mon to Thur : 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Fri : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
