Responsibilities:
This role involves leading the Project Management Office (PMO) from the business perspective, ensuring effective project governance, planning, and stakeholder alignment.
- Oversee the business-side PMO to ensure project governance and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with business units to establish detailed project milestones and governance cadence.
- Track overall project progress, identify risks, and report to relevant stakeholders regularly.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring spending aligns with allocations and financial plans.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive project delivery within set timelines and scope.
The ideal candidate is an organized and strategic leader with significant experience in managing business-side projects within financial services, particularly in cards, payments, and loans.
Skills/Requirement:
- Over 5 years of experience managing business projects in cards, payments, and loans domains.
- Strong skills in project governance, budget management, and stakeholder engagement on the business side.
- Proven track record of working within financial services, managing complex, multi-team projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on business process management.
- Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
