Responsibilities:
- Create and execute assortments for 3rd Party Platforms (3PP) digital channels across the SEA&I region
- Partner closely with Planning and Merchandising teams to ensure product availability and readiness for launch on digital channels.
- Execute cross-gender strategies to serve our members through data-based decisions and consumer insights
- Work closely with consumer insights and analytics teams to track trends, preferences, and behavioral data to inform assortment decisions and marketing approaches
- Coordinate and lead efforts across cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, in order to bring to life campaigns and seasonal initiatives to consumers in 3PP
- Execute the seasonal go to market process in partnership with Planning, Business and Brand Marketing teams
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, sell-through, traffic, and consumer engagement on 3rd party platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, or related field.
- Experienced in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or product management, preferably with exposure to 3rd Party Platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Amazon) in the SEA&I region.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills, with experience building relationships with external platform partners.
- Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and familiarity with digital advertising strategies (SEO, SEM, social media marketing) is a plus.
