We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to perform cashiering duties, manage product display and replenishment, and supervise the daily operations of the retail pharmacy. In addition, you will train retail assistants to provide effective customer service and enforce safety and security measures. Reporting to the Executive, you will also provide administrative support, handle exchange and refunds, plan and execute cycle counts and stocktakes, manage vendors’ promoters, and handle assigned projects.
Requirements:
· Diploma with at least 6 years of experience or Higher NITEC/ NITEC/ GCE N/ O/ A with at least 12 years’ working experience
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the healthcare industry and 3 years of supervisory experience
· Good knowledge of healthcare products and customer service
· Basic computing skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Conversant in English and a 2nd language
