The Principal OH Consultant shall provide leadership, development and management of occupational and industrial hygiene-related projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop business, prepare proposals, and scope for occupational hygiene services
- Development, management and delivery of projects that involve chemical exposure monitoring, noise exposure monitoring, hazardous materials management, and other occupational hazards
- Provide support and management of other environmental, health and safety-related services such as health and safety compliance and due diligence audits
- Provide support to internal stakeholders, regional and global teams, as required
- Client relationship management
- Business development, marketing and client relationship management within the Asia-Pacific region
- Preparation and review of high-quality deliverables including proposals, reports and presentations
- Facilitate contract management of suppliers and sub-contractors
- Project management including tracking of project progress and profitability
- Mentoring junior staff
- Preparation of site-specific HSSE plans to manage risks to clients, employees and the public
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science / Engineering, Chemistry / Chemical Engineering, Occupational, Health and Safety, or related fields with at least 8 years of relevant professional experience
- Completed Monitoring Noise and Vibration and Measure Exposure and Assess the Risk due to Hazardous Substances courses
- Proven technical expertise in the management and delivery of occupational and industrial hygiene consultancy services
- Experience in managing teams and project delivery
- Experience in a variety of sectors including construction, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, power and energy in Singapore
- Strong written, verbal communication and data presentation skills
- Strong commitment to safety, including following established Health and Safety protocols
- Skills include:

- Work experience in Southeast Asia
- Certified Industrial Hygienist or Registered Industrial Hygienist
- Professional certificate in occupational hygiene
