Key Responsibilities
- Discuss and identify clients’ communications needs
- Work closely with the wider consortium to deliver 360 solutions
- Identify client growth opportunities
- Help ensure campaigns reach their performance goals
- Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met.
- Day-to-day activities will change constantly to meet business growth
- Keenly monitor campaigns with the aim to optimise results
- Maintain accurate records of budgets, contact reports, campaign reports, etc.
- Customise new business proposals that are meaningful and compelling
- AM level candidates are expected to be able to lead a team of account executives and manage the daily running of an account
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ experience in an advertising agency environment
- Possess strong project management skills
- Have excellent communications skills, attention to detail, be well-organised and able to multitask accurately
- Understanding of branding and communications preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Be energetic and passionate with a can-do spirit
