Responsibilities
- Act as the key strategic partner for key stakeholders in the APAC region to ensure that company's recruitment of high-calibre talent is in line with the company's business goals.
- Ensure that talent acquisition procedures, initiatives, and guidelines are in line with the Centre of Excellence - Talent Acquisition.
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle which involves creating of job listings, sourcing potential candidates, conducting interviews and extending job offers.
- Align talent acquisition strategy together with the HRBPs in the APAC region
- Develop strong and diverse internal and external talent pipelines for critical skills in the region, through proactive succession pipeline building and ongoing talent relationship management.
- Participate in the deployment of Employer Branding strategies and integrate EVP to become the employer of choice.
- Track and evaluate the efficiency of recruitment through the use of significant indicators and reporting.
- Assist with development of fiscal year budget that maximizes the utilization of company resources.
- Participate in agreed strategic talent acquisition initiatives
- Provides insights on recruitment effectiveness to relevant stakeholders. Uses data and analytics to champion continuous improvement.
Skills and Capabilities
- Graduate with a Degree in Human Resources or Business
- 8 years of relevant experience in Talent acquisition or a comparable role.
- Experience in strategic talent acquisition, talent pipeline management, statistical analysis, employer branding etc.
- Proven ability and experience in effectively interacting with and influencing senior level HR and business/function leaders to establish trust and credibility.
- Strong experience in working across functions and in different cultures in high level complex environment.
- Strong experience and influencing skills in a matrix organization.
