Job Description
- Review and study customer's specifications
- Create engineering Bill of Material list
- Prepare all the Raw Materials for Sample Making
- Liaise with Planner for Work Orders
- Co-ordinate and expedite sample making
- Create First Article (F.A.) report for every sample submission
- Update sample making records
- Feedback and liaise with Sales Department on all technical problems faced
during sample making - Initiate alternatives for sample making processes / methods / testing
- Assist in new product development and project works
- To travel for overseas assignment; if any
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of a Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering.
- Working experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Practical experience using Auto-CAD and SolidWorks software are required.
- Knowledge of Wire Harness processes would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Technical Drawing / AutoCAD / SolidWorks & Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
