- Provide effective and efficient human resource services to support business growth and operations.
- Appreciate business and operations requirements and challenges and plan, organize and implement human resource initiatives to support business growth and operations.
- Work closely with line and function heads to support them in manpower planning (including annual manpower budgeting), acquisition, deployment and monitoring of manpower level.
- Prepare job specifications, review and shortlist job applicants for line and functional heads to interview, follow-up with successful job candidates on job offer.
- Prepare and refresh orientation materials and conduct orientation for new employees.
- Work closely with line and functional heads to plan, initiate and organize training programs and development activities to make the employees more effective and competent.
- Onboarding process job applications, offer of employment, work pass applications, etc.
- Internship application and coordination with ITEs, Polytechnics and Universities.
- Application for government grants and subsidies where applicable.
- Shortlisting of training courses for employees
