Opportunity to join a leader in the retail sector as Finance Director / CFO.
The Role
Reporting to the Group CEO, you will lead a team and be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting function while partnering the business in support of listing and expansion plans in Singapore and across the region. This includes working with the commercial teams and supporting the set up of new retails stores, evaluating expansion through franchise models as well as liaising with external investors and managing banking relationships on funding and investments. You will also lead and drive strategic projects as well as process improvement and efficiency initiatives across the group
Your Profile
As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:
- At least 15 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role, with exposure within the retail sector
- Exposure within a SGX listed and/or NASDAQ listed company and ideally with prior listing exposure
- Regional exposure with a proven track record in supporting expansion and growth within Asia
- Ability to be hands-on, work with ambiguity and flexibility to travel across Asia
