Responsibilities:
- Deliver managed services to customers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Participate in troubleshooting, upgrades, and patching activities for system maintenance.
- Provide technical support for systems-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Manage network, servers, cybersecurity, storage, and monitoring systems.
- Prepare and present monthly reports for managed service customers.
- Interface with vendors for technical services and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum a relevant Diploma Education, preferably in an IT related or Engineering course
- At least 3 years of IT support experience.
- Strong technical knowledge in various technologies, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and Patch Management.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
