Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and optimal staffing levels.
- Handle duties across opening, mid, and closing shifts to maintain operational continuity.
- Manage guest relations and implement strategies for guest recovery to uphold service excellence.
- Set the standard for exceptional guest service and guide the team to achieve these benchmarks.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and development to meet company standards.
- Collaborate with Logistics and Procurement for supply management, inventory control, and record-keeping.
- Ensure the safety and security of both customers and employees by adhering to established guidelines.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in staff management across all levels.
- Capability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on integrity and professionalism.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and people management skills, with a customer service orientation.
- Computer literacy, particularly in spreadsheet and presentation software (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, or Google Sheets and Slides).
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, coupled with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
