Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Chinese or Cantonese dishes according to the menu, ensuring consistent quality, flavor, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, ensuring equipment and utensils are sanitized and well-maintained.
- Follow food processing guidelines in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and promptly report any issues to the supervisor.
- Comply with all food handling, hygiene, and safety regulations set by the company and government authorities.
- Support daily kitchen operations by assisting with other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N level or relevant culinary certifications.
- At least 1 year of experience in Chinese or Cantonese cuisine.
- Passion for cooking and eagerness to learn and improve.
- Strong communication skills, with a positive attitude and ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced kitchen environment.
