Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook assigned Indonesian or Malay dishes, following the menu and ensuring consistent quality and taste.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, ensuring all cooking utensils and equipment are clean and in working order.
- Adhere to company and government regulations in processing and preparing food.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is safely operated and promptly report any malfunctions to superiors.
- Comply with hygiene, health, and safety regulations set by the company and government.
- Assist with any additional kitchen tasks assigned by the immediate superior to support daily operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N level or relevant culinary certifications.
- At least 1 year of experience in Indonesian or Malay cuisine.
- Strong passion for cooking and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
