Responsibilities:
- Assist the Production Manager in the completion of daily production assignments
- Develop strategic, accurate and effective planning for production and materials delivery
- Liaise with all levels of personnel to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise
- To update stock reports regularly to ensure that the records are accurate
- Perform technical troubleshooting
- Familiar with all stages of the manufacturing process such as stamping, bending, turreting, lasering, CNC. etc.
- Has requisite skills and experience in the operation of relevant machinery
Requirements:
- Minimally posses a NTC2 or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 2-3 years experience in a production/manufacturing company within a similar function
- Able to interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge in AutoCAD would be an added advantage
