We are looking for part -timer cook to join the following kitchen to support our best buffet restaurant:
- Japanese
- Asian
- Western
- Cold Kitchen
- Pastry
Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily items from A la Carte, Buffet, and Catering menus.
- Set up and manage mise en place and live cooking station items according to standard operating procedures.
- Stationed at the live cooking station, replenish buffet items and respond to guest requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work environment and equipment.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Hardworking and eager to learn
- Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays
- 5-day work week
- Individuals must have food hygiene cert
