Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sale growth in our Organic Millet based restaurant and Organic Grocery Store, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Able to bring bulk orders for Organic Vegetables, Organic groceries and Organic Millet Vegetarian Plantbased Food.
- Increase sales by 100% with the same operational cost within 12 months.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
- Streamline operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to support business growth and operations.
- Drive sales growth and revenue increase, while maintaining a focus on operational excellence
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations as per SFA, as well as industry standards for organic grocery and vegetarian cuisine
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in managing operations, leading teams, and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching, training, and mentoring staff
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with ability to work under pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of the organic grocery and vegetarian market, including trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success
