Key Responsbilities involve:
- Administrative Support
- Calendar Management - Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and photoshoots for the photographer.
- Correspondence Handling - Respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the photographer.
- Document Preparation - Draft and proofread documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- File Organization - Maintain and organiSe digital and physical files, including portfolios, contracts, and client information.
- Social Media Management - Assist in managing the photographer’s social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
- Portfolio Updates - Help update and maintain the photographer’s portfolio and website with recent work and achievements.
- Daily Errands - To handle personal errands as needed, including ,appointments, and other tasks that support the photographer’s work
