Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and content marketing.
- Brand Development: Ensure all marketing activities align with Pantheonkeys' brand identity and values.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with copywriters and designers to develop engaging content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media.
- SEO and SEM: Optimize the Pantheonkeys website and content for search engines to drive organic traffic. Manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google and Facebook.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, reporting on key metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Social Media Management: Grow and engage our community on platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and Discord through creative content, contests, and promotions.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and build relationships with influencers, partners, and affiliates in the mechanical keyboard community.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategy.
- Additional Commission: If KPI is met.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce, consumer goods, or tech industries.
- OR Prior experience as an influencer or managing influencer collaborations.
- Diploma of relevant industry preferred.
Skills:
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO/SEM.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Passion for the brand: An interest in the mechanical keyboard community or a strong willingness to learn about it is a plus.
