Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate quotations and assist with budget calculations.
• Compile and submit bidding documents for potential projects.
• Handle inquiry quotations and ensure timely responses to clients.
• Assist in processing petty cash claims for the Manager and Director with the Finance Department.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
What We’re Looking For:
• O/A Levels or Diploma holder with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of the engineering industry, particularly in semiconductor Fab systems, is a PLUS.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
