This position reports to the Head of Marketing and will be responsible to drive the organisation’s branding campaigns for selected brands. This is achieved through well designed and creative marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and optimal revenue growth.
Job Scope
- Develop an overall brand building and lead generation strategy for each brand/centre, to drive awareness and obtain qualified sales leads for conversion thereafter.
- Utilize an integrated mix of online and offline channels that include digital, email, social media, events, content marketing, affiliate/referral and localized outreach campaigns to drive outcomes in a cost effective manner.
- Develop effective communication strategies to build brand awareness and engagement for the brands under the Company.
- Create content on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other channels to drive brand recall, awareness, loyalty and engagement outcomes.
- Achieve concrete growth in designated social media accounts for selected brands.
- Develop content in written formats as well as other formats such as videos, targeted at the desired audience segment to improve SEO and improve brand-related metrics and overall engagement.
- Plan, implement and manage brand engagement initiatives and events (including but not limited to CSR) in partnership with Operations and HR teams to promote increased customer and staff engagement, loyalty and retention.
- Support other branding, lead generation campaigns and engagement events by the Company.
- Work closely with external agencies, partners, & vendors in support for above.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Experience & Skills Requirements
- Degree holder or higher qualification preferred.
- Experience in events planning and implementation and related public communications
- Knowledge of video storyboarding, pre-production, production and post-production workflows.
- Able to use DSLR/mirrorless cameras for photography, able to use gimbal and basic videography equipment for video production.
- Experience creating engaging content across social media channels, including but not limited to videos, articles, content posts, etc.
- Knowledge of digital performance marketing, with ability to drive awareness and engagement outcomes.
- Excellent command of English, prior editing / copywriting.
- Competency in IT systems, basic knowledge of design software, e.g Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or After Effects would be an advantage.
- Prior work experience in a marketing agency or consumer marketing role will be advantageous.
- Team-oriented player with ability to get things done quickly.
- Good project management and time management skills.
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
