Role: Manager (Tagalog speaking)
SUMMARY
We're looking for a highly motivated manager to join our team. The assistant manager is responsible for supporting the overall operation of the business. The individual is required to speak Tagalog to assist in business planning. Training is provided on the job.
JOB SCOPE
· Provide assistance and support to company’s property business growth for overseas market related to property management, preferably able to speak Tagalog
· Handling customer concerns: Acting as a point of contact addressing concerns, and coordinating responses to issues
· Participating in meetings and presentations: to create and deliver presentations, contribute to discussions and provide feedback and input on organisational initiatives
· Any other ad hoc duties as per assigned
REQUIREMENTS
· Language skills: Tagalog and English, written and spoken
· Customer service skills: Interacting with customers to address their concerns
· Written communication skills: Effective written communication is essential for conveying message and avoiding misunderstandings
· Problem-solving skills: Finding solutions to workplace issues
· Attention to detail: Support the overseeing to operations and interactions in the workplace
· Bachelor degree is preferred
Salary Range: SGD4,000 to SGD5,500
