Job Purpose:
The Field Registration Representative is responsible for registering new customers and providing basic product information. They travel to various locations to meet with potential customers, collect necessary documents for registration, and ensure that all customer information is accurately recorded.
Job Responsibilities:
Field registration of new customers
* Collect customer information accurately
* Verify customer details for completeness
* Explain registration process to customers
Provide customer support and assistance
* Address customer inquiries and concerns
* Assist customers with registration forms
* Guide customers through registration process
Maintain customer records and databases
* Update customer information in the database
* Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
* Organize and fi le customer documents
Job Requirements:
