Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory to meet production demands and avoid shortages.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
- Adjust production schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Ensure product quality by working closely with the testing team.
- Schedule production staff according to workload requirements.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems for streamlined planning and scheduling.
- Supervise production staff for effective task completion as required.
Requirements :
- Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in electronics manufacturing.
- Experienced in material planning, inventory management, and proficient in ERP and MRP systems.
- Possess leadership and supervisory skills.
